• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 AUD

Orders under $150 AUD are charged at:

• Standard Shipping: $14.95 AUD

• Express Shipping: $19.95 AUD

Once your order has been shipped, delivery timeframes are:

• Express Post: 1–5 business days

• Standard Post: 2–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or peak postal periods.

Order Processing Times

We aim to dispatch all orders from The Bad Caddies warehouse within 24 hours on regular business days.

During Sale or Launch Periods

Please note:

• Choosing Express Shipping does not fast-track order packing.

• Orders are processed in the order they are received.

• High-volume periods such as launches, promotional events, Black Friday, Boxing Day, or holiday campaigns may result in extended processing times.

• During these periods, please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to be packed and shipped.
