…you’ll be eligible for store credit or an exchange, not a refund.

The following are not eligible for return, so please choose carefully:

Items marked as seconds, samples, or clearance
Condition of Returned Items
To be accepted, all items must be:

Unworn

Unwashed

Unused

In original condition

With all swing tags and packaging intact

With proof of purchase (your order number or invoice)
The Bad Caddies reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions. If this happens, we’ll contact you and arrange to send the item back to you.
We Cannot Accept Returns With:
Please ensure returned items are free from:

Deodorant or sweat marks

Strong fragrances or odours

Pet hair

Fake tan

Makeup transfer

Oils or residue
If an item is returned in unsellable condition, your return will not be processed and you will be responsible for a $10 AUD reshipping fee.
We don’t want you to deal with that — so please double-check your item before sending it back.
